We are pleased to offer you a three course Estonian dinner for two with a bottle of wine in our hotel’s restaurant.
MENU:
- Starter: Baltic herring fillets with rye breading, served with homemade bread and pickled onions
- Main course: braised pork cheeks, cream of baked turnip, sauce and pickled red cabbage
- Dessert: traditional kama cream (made from roasted barley, rye, oat and pea flour) with currant sauce and black bread crumbs
