Our light-filled seminar room with modern technical facilities on the second floor of the Balti Jaam Railway Station building is the best place to host seminars, meetings, product presentations or training courses. The seminar room has natural daylight, air conditioning, modern technical solutions and different layout options. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view over the Old Town and Schnelli Park. The seminar room is always rented together with the lounge where you can set a table for coffee breaks.
The size of the seminar room is 170 m² and its capacity in different layouts is as follows:

LOUNGE
Adjacent to the seminar room is a lounge with a wonderful view over Schnelli Park and Toompea. Comfortable sofas and armchairs add cosiness to the room. There is also a 12-seat conference table and presentation equipment with Wi-Fi. The lounge is ideal for holding smaller meetings, conducting parallel workshops during larger seminars or training courses and for setting up a table for coffee breaks.
The size of the lounge is 95 m² and the capacity is as follows:

We also offer a great opportunity to extend your meeting at our sauna, situated in the same complex. It is possible to rent the sauna separately (20 m², capacity 5 people) as well as with the lounge (95 m², capacity 30 people).
