NEWS! Go Hotel Shnelli was the first hotel in Estonia to be awarded the Ecostars eco-label (26.01.2024), which is an international recognition of sustainable hotel management.
Our green steps are:
✔️ A solar park on the roof of the building to cover up to 80% of the hotel’s energy needs, depending on the time of year and consumption.
✔️ Upgraded lighting – LED lighting in rooms and lighting with sensors in public areas.

At Shnelli Hotel, we value green thinking and place great emphasis on reducing our environmental footprint. The hotel’s transition to a green business model will take place in several phases. Firstly, we replaced the windows throughout the building to optimise heat consumption, then we installed a solar park on the roof, which will allow us to cover up to 80% of the hotel’s energy needs with renewable energy, depending on the season and consumption.
With the support of the European Regional Development Fund, we implemented the “Go Hotel Shnelli Go Green” project, which included the installation of new building automation, a metering system and modernised lighting. The upgrades will allow us to improve the efficiency of our accommodation service by reducing energy consumption and providing a better indoor environment for our guests. This is part of the hotel’s transition to a green business model that saves energy, improves the indoor climate and protects the environment.
The new business model will appeal more broadly to all green-minded customers, of which there are more and more. Already today, many guests have expectations of sustainably developed services. The Go Green project offers the possibility to enjoy a service of accommodation in a way that the customer can contribute to energy saving through lower heating and electricity consumption.
The theme of sustainable management applies across the entire Go Group, which has 5 solar parks on its properties in Tallinn, Rakvere, Tartu and Türi. The Group’s investment in the solar parks amounts to more than EUR 200 000.
The “Go Hotel Shnelli Go Green” project costs €103 467,84, of which €82 774,27 is from the European Regional Development Fund.

HOUSE RULES
- I agree to immediately inform the hotel reception staff of any discovered damage, malfunction or deficiency in the room. In the event that the visitor does not immediately inform the reception staff about the damage, deficiency or malfunction discovered in the room, the hotel has the right to demand compensation for the costs incurred to eliminate the corresponding damage, deficiency or malfunction from the visitor who violated the notification obligation.
- Visitors are registered upon arrival according to the Tourism Act of the Republic of Estonia.
- Fees for accommodation and other services are paid in advance. Keycards are issued after payment for accommodation.
- Visitors bears material responsibility for damaging the property of the hotel.
