There are parking spaces for guests in front of and next to the hotel.

Parking for cars costs 6 € / 24 h. You can pay this at the hotel reception, where your car registration number will be registered in the system.

Parking outside the hotel is free of charge for 1 h. There are free parking spaces for motorbikes next to the main entrance.

Check-out from the hotel before 12.00. If you would like to use your room for a longer period, please inform reception before 12.00. Later check-out is available at an extra cost and subject to availability.

The baggage room is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is open 24/7.

Luggage storage is free of charge for hotel guests.

If you want your room cleaned, hang a green “Please clean” sign on the door handle.

If you don’t want to be disturbed, hang a red “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door handle.

If you want to change towels, leave them on the floor.

You can use the safe free of charge at the hotel reception.

Personal belongings left in and found in rooms are kept in the hotel for three months. Personal toiletries and food will not be stored!

• I agree to immediately inform the hotel reception staff of any discovered damage, malfunction or deficiency in the room. In the event that the visitor does not immediately inform the reception staff about the damage, deficiency or malfunction discovered in the room, the hotel has the right to demand compensation for the costs incurred to eliminate the corresponding damage, deficiency or malfunction from the visitor who violated the notification obligation.
• Visitors are registered upon arrival according to the Tourism Act of the Republic of Estonia.
• Fees for accommodation and other services are paid in advance. Keycards are issued after payment for accommodation.
• Visitors bears material responsibility for damaging the property of the hotel.
• Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Smoking is not allowed inside in the hotel. Penalty for smoking inside of the hotel is 100 EUR.
• Go Hotel Shnelli will refuse to accommodate people who may damage its reputation; who have damaged the property of the hotel; who are wanted by the police; who are clearly drunk or intoxicated; or who have committed an illegal act in another hotel.
• Hotel has a right to immediatly stop providing accomodation to customer in case of vandalism, non-compliance or other noisy activities without refund. Customers are responsible for the actions of all people accompanying them. Customers are also responsible for any damages caused to the hotel by people accompanying them.
• Pets are allowed in standard rooms for extra charge.
• Go Hotel Shnelli sells alcohol from 22:00-10:00 only for hotel quests.
• Go Hotel Shnelli will refuse to sell alcohol to clients who are drunk or intoxicated.
• Quiet hours at the hotel are from 23:00-7:00. Any disturbing noise is regarded as a violation.
